Lost wax casting, also known as investment casting, is a precision casting process that involves creating a wax pattern, which is then used to create the mold for the final steel part. This process is used to produce parts with complex shapes, high precision, and accuracy.

Lost Foam Casting, also known as evaporative pattern casting, is a precision metal casting process that uses an expanded polystyrene foam pattern which vaporizes when molten metal is poured into the mold, leaving an exact cavity for the metal to fill.

Gravity casting, also known as permanent mold casting, is a traditional aluminum casting process used to create complex, custom aluminum parts. Unlike high-pressure die casting, this process produces cast aluminum parts by pouring liquid metal into a mold under gravity rather than high pressure. Its production efficiency is slightly lower than that of high-pressure die casting, making it more suitable for small and medium-volume production. However, parts produced by gravity die casting of aluminum exhibit excellent mechanical properties and a smooth surface finish.

Low Pressure Casting (LPDC) is a highly efficient and precise metal casting process that has gained widespread adoption across a wide range of industries. This advanced technology is particularly well-suited for producing complex, high-quality parts. Because of the relatively low pressure used, this casting technique is known as Low Pressure Casting.
