Sheet metal forming (Forming) is a process that transforms sheet metal into a desired shape through plastic deformation. Materials: Mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum
Thickness Range: 0.5–6.0mm (thin materials down to 0.05mm available upon request)
Max. Sheet Size: 2,500 × 1,250mm
Tolerance Control: ±0.15mm (±0.05mm for critical features)
Edge Quality: Burr height <5% of material thickness
Specialized Forming Processes
Press Brake Forming: Capacity up to 400 tons
Roll Forming: Profiles with max. width of 300mm
Deep Drawing: Max. depth 200mm, max. diameter 500mm
